About Alex Cem

Alex Cem grew up in London, England. He was an English teacher throughout his twenties where he enjoyed teaching and inspiring teenagers. All the while, Alex had a strong passion for personal development. Alex would read books, attend workshops and immerse himself in live events with some of the most influential individuals as it relates to health, wealth, relationships and spirituality: JT Foxx, Andy Harrington, Tony Robbins, Dr Wayne Dyer, Dr Joe Dispenza and Eckhart Tolle. 

 

In his early thirties, Alex become so inspired and full of purpose that he wanted to give back to his community and society at large. Alex wrote two successful books. The first, The Invisible Path, was written to help any person - in any predicament and stage in their life - to develop the knowledge, skills and routines required to become happier, more peaceful and filled with purpose. His second book - The Six-Pack Mind, was written to help people chnage their mental, emotional and phsycial patterns, so they can live longer, become ehalthier and lose body fat. Subsequently, Alex produced elite online courses based on the principles within these books. He bagan to run workshops and weeklong retreats where people become immersed in change; he enables people around the world to chnage their habits, beliefs and perceptions, so they can become the best version of themselves.

 

Alex believes in giving. He supports several charities, and has plans to set up his own charity in the foreseeable future. Consistently, Alex also shares free content each and every week on his YouTube Channel - The Invisible Path - where he makes videos involving diverse guided meditations, home workouts and podcasts, to help people make the changes they desire.
