- Red Meat/Fried Animal fat
- Processed Meat
- Processed Sweets/Candy etc
Keep away as much as you can from Red meat + fry ups i.e. chips, bacon etc
i.e. Have boiled eggs, with less fat cheese and brown bread or apple almonds healthy with healthy ceriel
Fasting is very good
Example: 8am-8pm eating habits
Or Skip Breakfast - 12-8pm
Fry ups should be very limited maybe only once or twice a week (Depends on intake of breakfast), but best to keep away as much as you can.
If you cannot cut down on thing’s you love to eat the most. Then have 1 day a week to enjoy the things you love to eat.
